In addition, the description is visible in the search, where emojis and special characters distinguish your account from others: you can get additional subscriptions. Just do not overdo it - too many emojis are no longer beautiful and simply not fashionable.

In the description, you can use your own branded hashtags - one or more. Firstly, people can subscribe to hashtags. Secondly, with the help of hashtags, you can make selections of your posts. But use only your own hashtags! Otherwise, customers from your account will go to the general feed with all the competitive offers.

Also in the description, indicate the methods of contact: e-mail, phone number and address (if you have an offline store). If you do not have your own website, use the multi-link service. This is a page where you can collect all the ways to contact you or your managers - any messengers, phones, links to other social networks. If you have your own website, all this should be collected on it. This significantly increases the number of requests and sales.

At the end of the description, be sure to add a call to action: subscribe, visit the site, call and something like that. This significantly increases the likelihood of completing the target action.
The last point of designing a store on Instagram is highlights. With their help, you can expand the information content of your business profile. Highlights are used as full-fledged sections of the Instagram store, in which you can talk about the business and products. Mafpels company specialists recommend dividing products into categories, where each slide is a separate product. If you have more than 10,000 subscribers, you can also publish links, i.e. sell directly in the highlights. Or you can post current promotions, answers to frequently asked questions, product announcements, surveys, reviews or photos / videos from the backstage.

Try to design the logo, highlights and some posts in the Instagram feed in a single style or color scheme - this way your store will look neat, professional and, accordingly, inspire more trust. Try to fill the store page as much as possible and generally use all the features of Instagram. Both users and the social network itself like this.
